The lavender holds for a long time and attracts bees and butterflies. At the end of the month, I prune rather short but without going into the old wood; so, she remains compact and her foliage has beautiful aspect for winter.

The floral handles of the bellflower pyramidalis, still present, nip in and out of the branches of malus 'Everest'.

These marguerites always present in the end of August form a very natural and brillant atmosphere with the miscanthus sinensis 'Zebrinus'.
